Jon Green - President
Jon Green serves as the President of Engineering Resource Associates (ERA). He has over twenty-eight years of engineering experience and has worked at ERA for the last twenty years managing our Site Development work group. Jon manages the day to day operation of the company as well as staying on top of managing all our Site Development projects. 
   
Mr. Green has a strong knowledge of IDOT, IEPA, and IDNR standards and permitting requirements. He has extensive knowledge and experience in private developments for developers, builders, and architects. He also has a firm understanding of design requirements and specific standards for local communities, county agencies, state agencies, park districts, forest preserves and utility companies. 

​He is an active member of the Illinois Association for Floodplain and Stormwater Management (IAFSM), Northern Illinois Home Builders Association (NIHBA), American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE), and the American Public Works Association (APWA) Fox Valley Branch. He received his Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from Valparaiso University in 1992.

Jon resides in Batavia, IL with his three children. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his kids and canoeing on the Fox River
