ERA has experience with implementing public surveys and conducting an statistical analysis of the results. ERA's public survey for the Metropolitan Water Reclamation District of Greater Chicago (MWRD)'s Northbrook Flood Study was a great success. ERA utilized multiple methods to solicit more than 1,000 residents and businesses to participate in the study. ERA's analysis of the various methods identified cost-effective methods that could be replicated for your study.
ERA has extensive experience using various survey platforms and will be able to identify the right one for your needs depending on the nature of the audience and data to be collected. ERA also has the capability to utilize powerful statistical analysis tools, such as IBM's SPSS, to allow for a greater understanding of the results through means of correlations, t-tests, and linear and logistic regressions. Whether it is a city-wide public survey or a survey targeted for a specific area, ERA will work with you to design a survey that will engage the public and produce valuable results.
