Brian Dusak - Transportation Project Manager
Brian Dusak is the Transportation Project Manager for Engineering Resource Associates (ERA). Brian has over 14 years of engineering experience. His primary role at the company is to manage our transportation and construction engineering groups. He has served as a Project Manager on a wide-range of design and construction projects for various municipal, county, and state agencies throughout Illinois. His experience includes roadway reconstruction and rehabilitation, water and sewer installation projects, downtown streetscape enhancements and bridge / culvert reconstruction. 

Brian graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign in 2004 and soon after joined the team at ERA. He started with ERA as a summer intern and has worked his way up to department head over the past 14 years. He has completed several special training courses through IDOT including Documentation of Contract Quantities, ICORS, Traffic Signal Design, and Streetlight Design. Brian is an active member of the American Public Works Association (APWA) Fox Valley Branch and volunteers as the resident civil engineer for his Village’s Site Plan and Architectural Review Committee (SPARC) which reviews site plans and building elevations for non-residential developments.

Brian recently established roots in Mokena, IL where he lives with his wife and three children. He enjoys weekend trips with his family, bowling, playing golf, and participating in bags tournaments.
