Engineering Resource Associates, Inc. is currently seeking a full-time Civil/Environmental Design Engineer to work in our Warrenville office with the Phase I Engineering and Recreation Section. Responsibilities of this role include preparation of conceptual design studies, preliminary Phase I engineering, civil and environmental engineering construction drawings, specifications, estimates, permitting, and support services for construction phase administration. Though our department specializes in Park District related projects, including pond and river restoration, bike trails, local and regional parks, sports fields, and building and parking facility improvements, we also work with a wide variety of other clients, such as Forest Preserve Districts, Local Municipalities, County Governments, and Educational Institutions. Our department also provides the environmental design and permitting for the other departments within our firm.
The ideal candidate will have graduated from an accredited college or university with a BS in Civil or Environmental Engineering, has 2-5 years of practical engineering experience; and is working towards a professional engineering license. Civil Engineering Intern
Engineering Resource Associates, Inc. is seeking a highly motivated Civil Engineering Intern to work in our Warrenville office. This position would primarily be working on transportation, structural, stormwater and infrastructure projects. The primary role of this position is to assist with preparation of civil engineering design drawings, specifications, estimates, and supplemental reports. The ideal candidate will currently be enrolled in an accredited college or university pursuing a BS in Civil Engineering and working towards their professional engineering license in addition to the qualifications listed below.
Engineering Resource Associates is seeking an Accounting and Administrative Coordinator to work in our Warrenville office. This position will report to the Marketing/Operations Director.
*This position is part-time (24-30 hours a week) based on the skills and needs of the preferred candidate.
Position Duties and Responsibilities
Responsible for the accounting operations of the organization, including but not limited to, the production of financial reports, maintenance of a compliant system of accounting records, and a comprehensive set of controls designed to mitigate risk and enhance the accuracy of the organization’s reported financial results. This position will prepare and maintain records that are reviewed and used by an outside CPA firm to prepare tax returns and perform the annual financial audit.

Structural Design Engineer (Entry-Level)
Engineering Resource Associates, Inc. is seeking a highly motivated entry level Structural Design Engineer for our structural department in our Warrenville office. This position would primarily be working on structural projects, but would also assist on other transportation and infrastructure projects as needed. These projects will primarily involve design and inspection of bridge and transportation structures. The ideal candidate will be someone just starting their career in engineering and looking to proceed with a focus in structural engineering and looking to eventually get their structural engineering license.
