ERA completed site inspections and condition reviews of approximately 25 bridges and 150 culvert structures for the proposed new wind farm development. The purpose of these inspections was to identify poor structure conditions that would prevent the safe travel of the heavy construction equipment and materials used to construct the wind farm. With assistance from Douglas County, ERA reviewed existing design drawings to determine the load carrying capacity of each structure, helping lay out the proposed path of travel for the developer.
