| True North Consultants, Inc. and Engineering Resource Associates (ERA) partnered to provide employees with an opportunity to help develop leadership skills. The annual program of quarterly classes allows progressive skill building in communication, giving and receiving feedback, conflict management, and performance management. The goal of these classes is to coach so that the information is passed on to all employees and create a culture of learning and professional development. The first class was on effective communication. The communication process, perception and viewpoints, the difference between hearing and listening, and effective technique in asking questions were the discussion topics. |  |
