ERA continues to provide Phase 3 Construction Phase Services for The Brook residential development project for Lennar Homes located in Bolingbrook, IL. Services include construction land survey layout and SWPPP erosion control observation for this multi-family housing development. Lennar is constructing a 288 unit high-end apartment complex on twenty-one acres. The development consists of nine 3-story buildings, detached garages and a clubhouse/pool.
