Preliminary & Final Engineering

By starting with a preliminary engineering plan, we are able to determine if all the key factors of the chosen design will fit properly to the site that has been chosen.  Our team can then provide good cost estimates that help you decide if this is the direction you would like to continue, or we can update to suit budgetary needs. Once the client and governmental agencies have approved of the preliminary design, then in a short time we can turn the preliminary plan into final construction drawings that can be put out to bid.
