Facility Improvements

ERA provided design civil and environmental engineering and construction observation services for the expansion of an existing parking lot from 62 stalls to 135 stalls. ERA investigated the current pavement conditions and designed the improvements to reutilize much of the existing pavement with pavement base repairs and patching. ERA also designed a permeable paver walkway for safer pedestrian travel, a new LED lighting system, a four-car electrical vehicle charging station, a native bioswale and prairie area, a gated employee parking area, and a dumpster enclosure.
