ERA provided Phase I and Phase II engineering for the reconstruction of Schoenbeck Road from US 12 to W. Camp McDonald Road using federal funds. The project also included a new sidewalk on the west side of the project limits, a retaining wall, and intersection upgrades for the pedestrian crossings at both intersections. Phase I engineering includes a Project Development Report (PDR), Environmental Survey Request (ESR), public information meeting, Crash Analysis, Traffic capacity Analysis, Intersection Design Study, utility coordination, IDOT coordination and a traffic management plan for staging on US 12. Phase II consisted of contract documents including Plans, Specifications, and Estimates (PS&E) for an IDOT letting.
