ERA provided Phase I and II engineering for the replacement of the McGirr Road bridge over Battle Creek (SN 019-5111) with a single-span PPC deck beam superstructure (SN 019-5115) supported on spill-through abutments using Motor Fuel Tax funds. Phase I engineering included an inspection, Bridge Condition Report (BCR), Type, Size & Location (TS&L) drawing, environmental studies, Hydraulic Report, and a Project Development Report (PDR). Phase II engineering included the construction documents for the bridge, permitting and load rating analysis for the new structure.
