ERA provides entitlement, zoning, land use, civil engineering, land surveying, public hearing testimony and construction phase land surveying services relating to various Dunkin’ projects all across the northeastern Illinois. Project responsibilities include owner and franchisee representation, project due diligence, preliminary and final engineering, meetings with municipalities and stakeholders, zoning hearing presentations, stormwater report preparation and design, geotechnical and traffic engineering consultant coordination and DOT permitting on more than a dozen Dunkin’ brands projects in the six county greater metropolitan area.
