ERA has been selected to provide entitlement, land survey, and civil engineering design services for the expansion of Darus Salam Foundation. This redevelopment will transform the existing 8-acre site into a newly expanded 15-acre property. The project includes building additions, demolition of old lots, a completely new layout, expanded parking, new signage, fencing, and stormwater pond management. The project requires collaborative efforts with IDOT and DUDOT on the widening of Swift Road.
