ERA was retained to prepare plans and specifications for the resurfacing of Parking Lot A, on the College of DuPage Campus, which serves both the Culinary and Hospitality Center, and the Harold D. McAninch Arts Center on the Glen Ellyn Campus.  This parking lot holds at total of 433 parking spaces of which 14 are handicap parking and is the access point to the loading docks for the food service for the campus.  Work included surveying of all the handicap ramps to ensure compliance with ADA regulations. Several areas had the access points reconstructed to meet current regulations. Plans and specifications were prepared, and ERA assisted with bidding. ERA staff also performed construction oversight, which included coordination with the College users and operations personnel to limit disruptions.
