ERA provided construction engineering services for more than 10 miles of roadway resurfacing and infrastructure improvements as part of the City of Warrenville’s annual road program. This also included enhancements and accessibility improvements to City-owned parking lots like those at the police station and fire stations. Our team provided continuous onsite observation for all construction tasks, tracked pay items and quantities, generated pay estimates, provided construction layout, maintained daily diary entries, and determined punch list items for the contractor. ERA also collaborated with our material testing subconsultant for PCC and HMA paving operations. All projects were successfully completed within the construction season.  ​
