ERA provided construction engineering services for storm sewer improvements in the Village of Glencoe. The project involved installing 2,575 feet of 60-inch diameter storm sewer to increase flow capacity and reduce flooding in the residential subdivision and Skokie Country Club golf course. Other work included installing drainage structures, water main and service line adjustments, sanitary sewer replacement, pavement replacement, and landscape restoration. Our team provided continuous onsite observation for all construction tasks, tracked pay items and quantities, generated pay estimates, maintained daily diary entries, and worked with the contractor to complete the project within an accelerated timeframe to ensure the golf course could open on time the following spring.
