ERA’s Pande becomes one of 18 professionals in Illinois to earn PWS certification

WARRENVILLE, Ill. - Engineering Resource Associates, Inc. (ERA) is pleased to announce that Erin Pande, Environmental Specialist, was recently certified as a Professional Wetland Scientist (PWS) by the Society of Wetland Scientists (SWS). Pande is one of 18 environmental professionals in the State of Illinois to earn this certification. She received this certification based upon her work experience, education, and professional references. Erin joined ERA’s Environmental Division in September 2004.

The Society of Wetland Scientists Professional Certification Program serves the public’s need to identify qualified individuals to assess and manage the nation’s resources. This program is intended to meet the needs of professional ecologists, hydrologists, soil scientists, educators, agency professionals, consultants, and others who practice wetland science. The Professional Wetland Scientist (PWS) certification is awarded by SWSPCP, Inc., Certification Panel to individuals meeting specific education and experience requirements.
