ERA will provide design engineering services for park improvements
NAPERVILLE, Ill. - Engineering Resource Associates, Inc. (ERA) was retained by the City of Naperville to conduct design engineering for improvements to Central Park. As part of Naperville’s 2010-2014 Capital Improvement Program, the project includes regrading an area of the park to provide terraced lawn seating adjacent to the Community Concert Center, new sidewalks, underground storm sewer and detention facilities, lighting, irrigation and landscaping. ERA will prepare plans, specifications and estimates for the proposed terraced seating, lighting and hardscape improvements. The design will incorporate underground detention to conform with the requirements of the DuPage County Countywide Stormwater and Flood Plain Ordinance.
Central Park has a rich history as an important public open space in the City of Naperville.
