ERA will design environmentally-sensitive alternatives for parking lot expansion

WHEATON, Ill. - Engineering Resource Associates, Inc. (ERA) has been retained by the Wheaton Park District to provide design engineering services for the parking lot expansion at Cosley Zoo, 1356 N. Gary Avenue. Currently, Cosley Zoo offers limited parking. The park district intends to remedy their parking concerns by utilizing a section of property along Gary Avenue. ERA will provide design engineering services and develop multiple layout configurations. Since the project requires additional impervious area, staff will implement Best Management Practices when feasible to minimize environmental impacts.
