ERA chosen to provide civil engineering design services for Brittwood Creek in Oak Brook, Illinois
OAK BROOK, Ill. - Engineering Resource Associates, Inc. (ERA) has been chosen to provide civil engineering design services for Brittwood Creek, a private residential community in Oak Brook, IL. The 58-acre site shall be developed as a 46-lot single-family gated residential subdivision. The unique stormwater management for the project shall consist of a system of 10 to 12 staged wet detention ponds along the main boulevard through the site, providing approximately 27 ac-ft of detention storage. ERA has provided expertise to the developer through the entire planning process, integrating engineering design concerns with an aggressive conceptual land plan, with the purpose of providing an attractive plan for both the developer and the Village of Oak Brook.
