ERA selected to provide engineering services for water main replacement around Yorktown Mall

LOMBARD, Ill. - The Village of Lombard selected Engineering Resource Associates, Inc. (ERA) for Phase III engineering services for the second phase of water main replacement around Yorktown Mall. Approximately 2.5 miles of ductile iron water main of various sizes ranging from 4" to 20" diameter are being replaced during the spring and summer of 2006. ERA is coordinating with Village staff, the contractor and various representatives of the mall and the individual affected businesses throughout construction. Special considerations are being provided for service reconnections, traffic staging and project scheduling to minimize disruptions to these important business interests for the Village of Lombard.
