ERA selected to provide civil engineering design and surveying services for Randall Square Subdivision in North Aurora, Illinois

NORTH AURORA, Ill. - Engineering Resource Associates, Inc. (ERA) has been selected to provide civil engineering design and surveying services for Randall Square Subdivision in North Aurora, Illinois. The project, a 17-acre commercial development at the southwest corner of Randall and Oak, shall consist of a bank, retail strip-center, restaurant, video store, car wash, and office complex. The project will require left-turn lanes and right-turn deceleration lanes on both Oak Street and Randall Road. ERA shall provide road widening design to meet the requirements of the Village of North Aurora and the Kane County Highway Department. In addition, ERA will assist the developer in obtaining permits from Illinois Environmental Protection Agency (IEPA) and Fox Metro Water Reclamation District. This will be ERA’s fourth major project in five years along the Randall Road corridor.
