ERA to provide civil engineering design and surveying services for Randall Plaza subdivision in North Aurora, Illinois
NORTH AURORA, Ill. - Engineering Resource Associates, Inc. (ERA) has been selected to provide civil engineering design and surveying services for Randall Plaza Subdivision in North Aurora, IL. The project will be a 6-acre commercial development consisting of five lots. The proposed development will consist of a bank, retail strip-center, restaurant, day care facility, and office complex. This will be the third major project in four years for ERA along the Randall Road corridor. Along with previous projects (Randall Commercial Center and Randall Commons Subdivision), the proposed Randall Plaza Subdivision will benefit greatly from the increased residential growth in the area.
