ERA nearing completion of resident engineering projects in Glen Ellyn, Illinois

GLEN ELLYN, Ill. - Engineering Resource Associates, Inc. (ERA) has been providing resident engineering and layout services this construction season for the Village of Glen Ellyn on two high profile construction projects near the downtown area. Both project areas included a variety of residential homes, businesses, and schools. The $1.1 million Forest-Hillside Project consisted of 3,100 feet of bituminous concrete street reconstruction and resurfacing; the installation of new storm sewers; sanitary sewer replacements and spot repairs; and water main.

The $1.7 million North Main Basin Project consisted of 5,400 feet of bituminous concrete and PCC street reconstruction; the installation new storm sewers; sanitary sewer replacements and spot repairs; and water main. Both projects are nearing completion as the winter weather approaches.
