ERA has completed preliminary engineering for a new mixed-use development in Bolingbrook, Illinois
BOLINGBROOK, Ill. - Engineering Resource Associates, Inc. (ERA) has completed preliminary engineering for a new mixed-use development in the Village of Bolingbrook. The 16-acre project will contain retail space, office space, and a 4-acre senior housing complex. Situated along the growing Boughton Road/I-355 corridor, this development will serve many needs for the Village. As part of final engineering, ERA will incorporate future Illinois Department of Transportation (IDOT) improvements along Boughton Road with the current project design. ERA will also utilize existing floodplain studies along Lily Cache Creek to maximize usable area in finalizing the design of the stormwater detention facility. Permitting with IDOT and Will-South Cook Soil and Water Conservation District will also be expedited by ERA.
