ERA selected to provide civil engineering design consultation for Rockwell Village in the City of Chicago

CHICAGO - Engineering Resource Associates, Inc. (ERA) has been selected to provide civil engineering design consultation for Rockwell Village in the City of Chicago. Located on the southwest side of the city, this 19-acre planned unit development will consist of over 250 dwelling units, with a mix of single-family duplex homes, multi-family townhomes and condominiums, and a 5-story senior housing center. Site geometry and roadway design for newly dedicated streets will be reviewed by the Chicago Department of Transportation. ERA will design the complete watermain and combined sewer system, which will be submitted for full review to the Chicago Fire Department, Board of Local Improvements, and Water Department. Working with the project architect, ERA will utilize Chicago's environmentally friendly "green-roofs" approach to stormwater management where possible.
