ERA selected for design services on the $2.7 million Lambert Farms projects

GLEN ELLYN, Ill. - Engineering Resource Associates, Inc. (ERA) was selected for design services on this $2.7 million project. Proposed improvements include installation of a sanitary sewer system and a new storm sewer system to alleviate existing drainage issues and future roadway improvements. The storm sewer improvements on this project will combine three of the major storm sewer projects identified in the Village's Long Term Capital Improvement Plan. In addition, the Village will be performing a maintenance overlay of the streets within and adjacent to the subdivision. The project will be constructed in one phase beginning in 2006. ERA was selected based upon our extensive experience on similar projects, familiarity with Glen Ellyn and IDOT standards, and the high quality of services on previous projects in this particular subdivision.
