ERA to provide a feasibility study and civil engineering design for a proposed faith institution facility in Aurora
AURORA, Ill. - Engineering Resource Associates, Inc. (ERA) has been selected to provide a feasibility study and civil engineering design for a proposed faith institution facility in Aurora, Illinois. Located on a 150-acre site adjacent to Eola Road, Crossroads Community Church will be constructed over multiple phases for the next several years. ERA has been involved over the past year as a consultant in reviewing soil boring information and providing preliminary earthwork and mass-grading analysis. ERA has developed a master grading plan to incorporate the design of the phased development with necessary undercut operations beneath future parking lots and building foundations, in addition to detention pond expansion for stormwater management. ERA’s goal is to provide the most economical design for the current phase while also preparing the site for future improvements based on expected growth.
