ERA selected to provide civil engineering design for Randall Commons Subdivision
NORTH AURORA, Ill. - Engineering Resource Associates, Inc. (ERA) has been selected to provide civil engineering design for Randall Commons Subdivision in North Aurora, IL. The project will be an 18-acre commercial development anchored by a Walgreen's 24-hour pharmacy. Located at the corner of Randall Road and Oak Street, the engineering design will include a proposed right-turn deceleration lane along Randall Road and additional widening and striping improvements along Oak Street. With floodplain and wetlands present on the site, ERA will design two stormwater management facilities while maintaining adequate buffer areas. The project design will also include the southerly extension of Miller Drive from Randall Road Commercial Center, a 22-acre commercial development designed by ERA and constructed in 2001.
