ERA selected to perform preliminary engineering and surveying on the 400-acre parcel in unincorporated Woodstock

WOODSTOCK, Ill. - Engineering Resource Associates, Inc. (ERA) was selected by Superior Development to perform preliminary engineering and surveying on the 400-acre parcel in unincorporated Woodstock. This unique project will include over 500 residential units, approximately seven miles of bike trails, over 200 acres of open space and a number of wet-bottomed detention ponds. There are three other significant developments adjacent to this site in what is becoming a very active area of Woodstock. ERA's past experience on significant private development projects will be valuable during the design process in coordinating the Fields of Woodstock site utilities, stormwater, and roadway system with the adjacent developments and the City's master plan for the area.
