ERA to provide civil engineering design services for Fetco Corporation on a new 18-acre site in Lake Zurich

LAKE ZURICH, Ill. - Engineering Resource Associates, Inc. (ERA) has been chosen to provide civil engineering design services for Fetco Corporation on a new 18-acre site in Lake Zurich, Illinois. Fetco, with offices in Poland, Canada, and headquarters in Lincolnshire, Illinois, is a manufacturer of premiere-quality hot and cold beverage equipment. With a new 230,000 square foot manufacturing and office facility being constructed, ERA will design three separate wet-bottom detention ponds for on-site stormwater management. In addition to preserving naturally occurring wetlands on the site and obtaining permits from Lake County and the Village of Lake Zurich, ERA will design all on-site infrastructures, which includes a 2,200-foot watermain extension and 23,000 square yards of parking lot.
