ERA completed the final phase of engineering design for Covington Knolls subdivision in Lemont

LEMONT, Ill. - Engineering Resource Associates, Inc. (ERA) has completed the final phase of engineering design for Covington Knolls subdivision in Lemont, Illinois. Since beginning the project in 1994, ERA has provided comprehensive civil engineering and field survey services for seven phases of single-family and two phases of multi-family construction. With over 400 residential lots, the Covington Knolls development is one of the largest subdivisions in Lemont, encompassing over 200 acres of property and providing a major residential corridor between McCarthy Road and 127th Street.
