ERA to provide a feasibility study and civil engineering design for a proposed church site in Joliet, Illinois
JOLIET, Ill. - Engineering Resource Associates, Inc. (ERA) has been selected to provide a feasibility study and civil engineering design for a proposed church site in Joliet, Illinois. Abundant Life Lutheran Church will be constructed on a 12-acre parcel along Caton Farm Road, requiring permits from both the Will County Highway Department and the City of Joliet. In the first phase of the project, ERA will study various parking lot layouts, research stormwater management issues, and determine preliminary earthwork necessary for the site. Cost analysis is always critical in faith institution projects, and in this case, ERA will provide the client a very detailed summary of projected improvement costs for various options before completing final engineering plans.
